A Carers Support Group is a Chance for you as a carer to:

• Take some time out for yourself; enjoy yourself.

• Share in the support that comes from chatting with others doing the same job.

• Acquire information and skills that may help you in your caring role.

Have your say about supports or services that you need.

Come and meet with other carers at a monthly social, information and support meeting.

CATHAY CLUB CARERS GROUP
